Requirement (place):

• No small room & corridor side

• Having window & study desk & wifi

• Allow non oil cooking, work from home

• The building is High or Middle level, not directly face to highway

Requirement (Team up):

• 1 pax, Female (includes FtX), non smoking, no guest invitation

• quiet within common sense (in the common place such as living room)

• (not mandatory) the person who work night time, work in office, or day off are Weekdays, we can keep more private time

Start Date: 2 months notice (adjustable)

Duration: 6 months (HDB)/3 months (Condo) and then update

Location: anywhere in Singapore

Budget: 1400 SGD (for whole unit) | 1100 SGD (team up)
