Walking distance to Caldecott MRT (Circle line / orange line and Thomson-East Coast Line / brown line interchange). Plenty of buses (about 20 bus services) that makes it as good as a bus interchange, lots of greeneries, & clean air. 1 stop from Botanic Gardens, 2 stops from Bishan, 3 stops from Holland Village, 4 stops from Buona Vista & Orchard, and 5 stops from One-North. Also near Braddell, Toa Payoh, and Novena MRTs. FYI: Googlemap gives an inaccurate walking detour to the house so please don’t use it as a gauge.

Current roommates: an Indonesian female, a Singaporean female and an Indian male. Plus one mini-Schnauzer dog & one small Morkie (hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed).

Looking for someone who is nice & easy going; must be clean and tidy, and likes dogs.

$1,800/mth rent INCLUDES utilities, internet, air-conditioning, aircon maintenance & weekly maid service. Cooking is also allowed as long as you clean up after yourself. Feel free to cook, receive guests / visitors, etc., (as long as within reasons). Relaxed environment, no weird rules here.
