Looking for someone who’d like to co-lease and share a 2 bedroom condo. Now looking in the Eunos area, but can be flexible. Also open to room rental.

I’ve been flat sharing in Singapore for the last 4+ years. Clean, tidy, quiet, and easy to live with. I have a daughter who visits and stays over occasionally. She’s also quiet and respectful (housemates rarely even notice when she’s there).

I’m from the UK and ok living with anybody, male or female, but prefer non-smokers (ideally). Access to East-West MRT line is preferred (from Buona Vista to Kembangan).
