It is also within 10 minutes to Orchard Road, there are 5 bus services - 21, 131, 124, 141, 518 to Chinatown/MBS/CBD/Suntec/Raffles Place/Farrer Park/Little India/Boon Keng/Bendemeer/Kallang/Paya Lebar/Pasir Ris. There is a free shuttle bus service from the main road to Novena MRT every 20 mins on weekdays.

Supermarkets/3 Food Centres/Markets are within walking distance.

This is an aircon room with a new bed, new writing table, fan and wardrobe. Bedsheets and comforter also provided.

Only light preparation of food like coffee/tea and bowl/cup noodles is allowed. Strictly no cooking, no visitors and no WFH.

Food centres like Whampoa, Pek Kio, Little India, Farrer Park and Novena Square are easily accessible and within walking distance.

New washing machine, water boiler, iron/ironing board and water heater are also provided.

No housekeeping, owner will arrange cleaning of washrooms, bedrooms and common areas.
