Just signed a lease and looking for 2 housemates to share it with. This listing is for the master bedroom. We’re right in the thick of Katong — walking distance to East Coast Park, Katong V, i12, and all the amazing food and cafes the neighbourhood has to offer, and well connected to the MRT and bus lines. No nationality preferences but no couples. No major house rules: cleanliness, Splitwise for shared accounts, no cooking/visitor restrictions - just keep clean, smoking at the balcony, maintain a peaceful home environment.

I’m a working professional in her 30s - I paint, cycle, nap a lot. Running my startup + a public affairs consultancy, and will be staying in the other common room (there are 3 rooms in total). I’m looking for people who value a peaceful environment, but who also are interested in making the place a home :) I value my privacy and my own space a lot, and love cooking but typically just exploit the various food options on Grab more than I want to admit.
