💰 The Rooms & Rent • 1 common room + own bathroom available ( ~1700 SGD) • 2 master bedrooms + ensuite available, one upstairs and one downstairs ( ~ 2000 SGD each) • Spacious storage areas • Great WFH setup potential

✨ The vibe: Hoping to create a home that feels clean, warm, queer-friendly and easygoing — somewhere people genuinely enjoy coming back to after work, while still respecting each other’s space and downtime 🙂

I’m a British citizen on EP, and would love to find easygoing, respectful people who enjoy communal living and good vibes. I love chilling in the living room/by the pool, playing board games, having friends over occasionally, and just generally keeping the atmosphere cosy and welcoming.

No weird co-living rules here - cooking & visitors are all totally fine. As long as we are all respectful and just clean up the common spaces after ourselves.
