Hey, just a fellow working professional here from Estonia (on EP). I live by “live and let live”, so it’s been said that I’m a pretty good housemate:)

What I’m particularily looking for is a rather spacious master bedroom, atleast 20 square meters or more - or any private bedroom in an unit with bigger living room where I could occupy some space. Ensuite bathroom is a plus but not essential. Anywhere reasonably close to Paya Lebar (read: like 3 MRT stops) Looking for long-term, 12 months. Budget up to 1900$

The reason why I need a spacious room (or space in the living room) is that I’m a an amateur musician. I sometimes invite over bandmates to jam at my place so I need a place to seat 5 people and keep my digital pianos and a small digital drum set. Note that this doesn’t mean I’ll be noisy - my music is headphones only and I’ll always respect curfew.
