We’re a down-to-earth couple looking for a comfortable room to settle into. Whether it’s a master or a simple common room, as long as it fits a queen-size bed, a spacious desk for two, and a wardrobe, we’re interested!
Location-wise, we’re drawn to the East, but also open to exploring other options.
In terms of vibe, we’re all about fostering a warm, communal atmosphere. Picture cozy evenings relaxing with a movie, playing board games, or simply sharing stories over dinner and drinks. We’re not just looking for roommates but for potential pals to share some quality time with.
However, we totally get the importance of personal space and downtime, and believe in respecting each other’s privacy.
Maintaining a clean and orderly space is extremely important to us. We believe in shared responsibility when it comes to keeping common areas tidy and organized, unless we agree to engage a housecleaner on a regular basis.
We also have a few houseplants to add some greenery to the space.
And, most importantly, we have a well-behaved French Bulldog who’s part of the package - he does his business outside, so no worries there!
Regrettably, we’re allergic to cats, but if you’ve got a pup of your own who’s keen on making a new buddy, we’re all for it!
Our schedules vary - one of us is out most of the time, while the other is often at home doing postgraduate studies.
We usually do a weekly food prep and tend to keep our cooking simple with dishes like steamed vegetables and grilled chicken, fish, or tofu. However, having ample fridge and freezer space for our ingredients is important to us to avoid any overcrowding.
We’re not in a rush to move and are flexible with dates. If you’re interested, let’s connect and see if we can find a mutually beneficial arrangement!
