Hello i am Eugene , a sole landlord, looking for students or young adult wanting to rent a room around central area, its a pretty quiet area, 10 minutes walk citysquare mall and golden village cinema, 3 to 5 minutes walk to farrer park MRT station. The room is furnished. The area has lots of amenities like pek kio wet market and hawker centre, shophouses, pek kio CC and Tekka market.
Take a bus 131 & 141 at pek kio bus stop, after 2 stops you reach united square, novena mall & MRT.
Neighbouring shopping centres like Mustafa 24 h, lots of other eateries on rangoon road and also a short walk to Jalan besar. Pls feel free to call me for viewing in the evening, thanks.
