Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a 3-room 2-bath HDB flat. Spacious and bright space with AC and standing fans. Clean and spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area. High floor with offers great views of the area and nice breeze. The apartment is located opposite the Buona Vista MRT station, which serves both the green (EWL) and circle lines. Nice residential area, close to running and cycling paths with access to the railway corridor. Many eateries and grocery shops located in The Star Vista mall and nearby locations. About 30 min commute to the city center or the NUS campus.

About the roomies

Two women (20s) from India and the UAE who recently graduated from Duke-NUS Medical School and are now working as researchers in cancer biology and neurobiology at Duke-NUS. Tidy, quiet, and friendly. Both commute to work daily, so the house is empty and quiet on weekday mornings. We welcome all people.
