About the property

We are a couple and looking for two tenants to share one bedroom. Friends or couples are welcome to apply together.

As we are renting the entire unit, you will have full access to all common areas. There is also a study room available for use. Both bedrooms are the same size, and we are looking for roommates for the other bedroom. (2B2B)

This is near to both Buona Vista & Holland Village MRT.

The total rent for the entire unit is S$3,200 per month, excluding utilities and other expenses. The rent will be shared equally between the two bedrooms, at S$1,600 per bedroom per month. Negotiable.

We’re a friendly and easygoing couple who enjoy a good laugh and a relaxed home environment. 😊 We’re hoping to find roommates who are friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with.
