Fully toilet trained (pee tray) She can be a little shy (her size and temperament doesn’t tally) and takes time to warm up to strangers. Good with cats
Requires fan to be turned on during the day
She can be confined in the room
Area that we are looking for : anywhere with good tenants / landlord
