I am interested in teaming up with a solo / duo FEMALE or Couple roomie for a 2-br or 3-br flat rental at PUNGGOL / SENGKANG MRT area from mid-December. I’ll take the master bedroom.

I am a bit introverted and not really into mingling but I am sometimes okay with spontaneous eat-outs… yeah, sometimes.

I respect personal space and personal belongings–I do not touch things that aren’t mine :D

I would like to find a roomie and rent a place where I am able to freely cook, sleep and do my own stuff. I also do not mind sharing chores, but I am the type who cleans the place I frequently use–in my case, the kitchen, my room, toilet and kitchen :)

I stay 80% of the time inside my room, gaming or binge-watching an anime.

I hope you would not mind me having a partner (M32) who visits/stays over especially over the weekends.
