Moving out of parents house for personal reasons

. no furniture or anything also fine just want 4 walls and roof pls. I will follow rules and wont invite anybody without prior approval. I am an insomniac at times but will stay out of your way and avoid disturbing your sleep ( will leave the room and avoid loud noises and be as non intrusive as possible:)
