Hi! I’m Marvin, a Malaysian professional relocating to Singapore for work. I’ll be joining PSB Academy as a Senior Executive in Alumni Relations & Engagement.

I’m a clean, tidy, respectful, and non-smoking tenant who values a peaceful and comfortable living environment. I have a regular office schedule on weekdays and generally lead a quiet lifestyle.

I’m currently looking for either a common room or master room within walking distance of an MRT station, preferably around Paya Lebar, Aljunied, Dakota, MacPherson, Kallang, or nearby areas for a convenient commute to work. My budget is around S$800–1,100 per month, and I’m hoping to find a place that includes Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and preferably allows light cooking.

I’m looking for a clean, well-maintained home with friendly and respectful housemates, and I will treat the property with care. I’m planning to stay long-term and will always respect the house rules.
