A little about myself:

I’m a professional working in the tech industry, working Monday to Friday (office-based, no WFH). I’m clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I have a regular routine—I usually wake up early and don’t stay up late.

I’m looking for a room with the following:

Light cooking allowed. Walking distance to an MRT station (preferably on the Purple Line). Convenient commute to my workplace at 12 Ang Mo Kio Street 64. Visitors allowed, where my 6-year-old son can stay with me on weekends for the first 1–2 months before he returns to Thailand. He’s a very gentle, quiet, and well-behaved boy. After that, it will just be me staying in the room
