Looking for room/studio walking distance from The Working Capitol (Outram Park MRT). I can team-up and take a bigger place. If you’re representing a real estate corp do not contact me, I wont rent from a corp.

I’m Armenian, Software Engineer, have a dog : English Cocker spaniel Bella, she is very friendly, chill, well trained and comes with me to the office every day.

I already have a nice lease so I’m not in a rush. Mostly want pet friendly space where my dog will be welcome. If you have something fitting feel free to contact. My move in date is around September.

I don’t have no disturbing habits, live clean and minimal and i take care of the place (you’ll get it back in better shape).
