This is a 2 bedroom condo, in Sky Everton.

I’ve taken the whole place but open to rent out the other bedroom. I’ve got a very well behaved cocker spaniel Bella, she is super friendly with everyone and goes with me to office every day.

The other bedroom has its own bathroom (it has access from the common room but also from the room, you’ll simply lock the common access and it will be your own private bath… you’ll access it from your own room).

Facilities are great in this place pool, tennis court, bbq pits, spa pool, gym, tepanyanki gill area , function rooms.

Nice park right next to us, and 2 MRT stations also super close.

Rent is fixed, bills are included, you don’t need to put down a deposit. Either room is available (i only need one). Small one is 2500, big one 3400.

Its only me and my dog. I’m Armenian, software engineer, pretty involved with my work, live minimal, love pets, don’t drink, don’t smoke, rarely cook.

The only condition for anyone considering this is that you love dogs :)
