My current lease ends in August, and I’m starting to look for a new place ahead of time. My rental budget is under $1.2k, and I’d prefer somewhere within walking distance of the MRT. Further, I’m only looking for female flatmates. I’m a laid-back, social person who values cleanliness, so I hope to find flatmates who share that mindset.
