Hi hi, hello. I’m staying on my own right now (lease ending at the end of August 2026), just wanna move to somewhere else, to a different environment.

The most important thing for me is having nice, friendly, engaging housemates. I’m not talking about nightly debriefs, I’d just like to know there are other people at home. I can’t live with people who are like ghosts and don’t speak at all. I’ve experienced that and it feels very lonely and isolating and disconnected.

I love movies and photography and, well, art is integral to my life. I’m a very… ummm… soft and gentle person (EW) (but it’s true) (but also EW), which is why I think I’m easygoing with the BOYS and also the GIRLS. (Look, this is probably a red flag thing to say, but I’m just being honest. I AIN’T got the energy for trickery.)

With my own stuff I’m quite fastidious about how it’s all organised, but I’d like the home to be reasonably neat and tidy too. I honestly don’t mind staying anywhere, as long as the nearest MRT is like, at most 10 minutes away.

The rent needs to be really cheap because, the job search situation hasn’t been going well (understatement) (BIG understatement) and I’ve decided to try for full-time work that’s gonna pay way lesser than my previous job. I don’t know what “really cheap” means, but right now I’m thinking of ideally below $800, and not a cent above $1,000.
