I work as a personal trainer and my husband is an engineer. We both have stable full-time jobs and maintain a structured routine. We are clean, tidy, and respectful tenants, and we keep our living space well maintained.

We are generally quiet, non-smoking, and private, and we enjoy cooking occasionally while ensuring the kitchen and common areas remain clean.
