Looking to team-up to create a clean, safe & friendly home together. I respect personal space and value downtime, so you won’t have to worry about constant noise or interruptions from me.

Needs (Non-negotiables): Allows cooking, has washer & aircon. Dryer is not a must but there should be drying space separate from kitchen. I work-from-home often so need to have enough room/space for a work desk. Must have own private bathroom. Prefer all-female environment only. I’m currently open to any areas as long as it’s under 10 min-walk along either TEL or DTL stations.

Wants: Space that allows baking; shared living room space for watching TV & placing collectibles.
