Needs (Non-negotiables): ✅ Allows cooking, has washer & aircon. Dryer is not a must but there should be drying space separate from kitchen. ✅ Master bedroom with ensuite OR Common bedroom with private bathroom. ✅ Allow work-from-home. ✅ Prefer all-female environment only. ✅ Under 10 min-walk along either TEL / DTL / CCL stations.

Wants: Cooking space that allows baking; shared living room space for workouts.

I’m not in a rush — only looking to move in December/January. Just keeping eyes open for a suitable place/roommate.
