I am single lady, non smoker, working in service industry in Tanglin Road. Looking for a singe room to rent. Clean and quiet is basic requirement. Air-con, wifi and washing machine are basic features. Utility fees and wifi fee should be inclusive in my rental. I like to prepare my own breakfast and pack my lunch to work. Simple Chinese style cooking, fried vegetable and boil soup. I like exercise. If there is a gym & pool, it will be a bonus. Otherwise, i will do it in my room or common place if no one is around. If weekly cleaning service at the common place, like toilet and kitchen, is provided will be a bonus. Otherwise, I am open to sharing cleaning work.
During my off day (normally on weekday), I might invite my friend to come over for a short stay with me. Rest assured we will ensure no disturbance to fellow tenants, and no stay overnight. I have been working in Singapore for almost 4 years. I had got a good landlord and fellow tenants in the east coast region previously. Looking forward to meet one in the central region.
