Move in date End of July. Looking for master bedroom with private bathroom for couple. Prefer rental fees inclusive all Wifi, utilities and aircon. Preferred near MRT/Bus (convenience transportations)

Me as a WP vet nurse works 8am-8pm, 5 days a week. Partner as a SP head chef works 10am-10pm, 6 days a week.

Laundry every 2 days. Aircon usage: 12 hours during working days and 12-15 hours during off days.

Preferred no child/kid environment, non smokers.
