Hello! Dog-lovers! I have a small 8 year old male neutered poodle who is friendly and sociable with other dogs.

🐩He does not shed fur. Very chill and calm most of the times. But will bark for a few minutes if the doorbell rings. He is pee-pad trained. I usually place the pee pad in the bathroom and he knows to go in there. Hence I prefer a room with attached bathroomI don’t cook much. Usually make sandwiches, airfryer and microwave to reheat takeaways.

🥬I love making green smoothies (won’t blend at night,of course) and happy to share. Will require fridge and freezer space for the veggies and fruit.

🧀🍷Frequently enjoy movie nights with wine, cheese platters and takeaways. I need to find a space with fellow dog-lovers.

✝️Am a Christian. So a Christian home will be a bonus as we will be able to share similar beliefs. However I do respect all religions and will happily embrace people from all walks of life.💜

🧹Love to maintain and upkeep clean, tidy, neat and hygienic environment. This is important to me and wish to find a home with similar standards.

🧺I hate doing laundry. 😅 So prefer a place with a good dryer.(optional)

🚗I need a carpark lot too as I drive.

I have been co-sharing spaces. My last home was a gorgeous penthouse with a Canadian family. We enjoy having beer/wine on roof terrace and setting up the Christmas tree and planning gatherings with the neighbours. Unfortunately they are returning to Canada.

⚘️(I have around 4 big blooming rose bush plants. The penthouse I’m currently in has a huge roof terrace. Would be nice if the next place can accommodate this. Optional. Not a top priority.)

It will be great to bond and create new friendships. But am also respectful of others privacy and space too.
