Hi, I’m looking for a room to rent preferably long term (>3 years), with cooking occasionally and laundry-wash allowed. I’m someone who prioritises my personal space & boundaries, maintains cleanliness, respectful of others’ space & culture, believes in autonomous living even between tenants/owner. Fostering a proper physical & mental space to live in and having my place to be comfortable & safe is part of my priorities. :)
