I am a Filipino-Chinese professional who is easy-going, neat/tidy, quiet, and friendly. I am happy to keep to myself and mostly read in my spare time. I enjoy travelling. Therefore, several times in a year I would be away on vacation for several weeks.

I have stayed in my current flat for seven years, but looking to move out anytime before the year ends. I am not too fussed about the location; it can be anywhere (east-side preferred). I do not party, and hoping to get a place that is not too noisy. I sometimes have family stay over at my room. I do not cook often but would like to have the freedom to do so..
