We are both singaporean working professionals waiting to apply for BTO. We don’t have cats but we do have small pets such as hamsters and a rabbit. We can’t separate from them as we’ve raised them since they were babies and consider them our children. We do allow our housemates to play with them and are pleased to do so! We’re looking for a new room because our current main tenant decided to inform us 2 years into our stay that no pets are allowed and has given us 1 month to clear the pets or move out.

Our pets are mostly in their cages and always in the room so they will not destroy the house. They also don’t make noise. We’re outgoing people but mostly at work. I like to cook when I have free time ☺️ We will definitely keep our room clean and tidy!
