Nice to meet you. Quick summary of my pros and cons:

Pros:

• I’m a chill housemate. Have lived in various share house for past 12 years, so I know how to live with others.
• Will encourage you to be active. In my spare time I enjoy eating, coffee, running, cycling, swimming and gym.
• Low maintenance guy, clean and sociable, but also enjoy quiet nights at home.
• Can provide free dental advice if needed :)

Cons:

• i have a bike that needs to be kept in the house/balcony
• will wake up early
• will sometimes be in bed by 930pm

I been living here for the past two years, and my current lease ends mid June. I’m open to renting with both male/females.
