I’m single, Singaporean male professional looking for a flat mate to share a flat. I recently rented a unit in Sin Ming and have just moved in on 9 October 2021. The 3-room HDB flat (2 bedrooms) is clean and simple and right next to the newly opened Bright Hill MRT on the Thomson- East Coast Line.

I’ll be taking the master bedroom and looking for a flat mate to take the other room. Of course, I’ll pay the higher rent.
