We’ve found a cool unit, that has: • view from top floor corner unit. • balcony unblocked views • kitchen that’s decent with storage • bedrooms & bathrooms that have storage that’s from floor to ceiling high, and quite deep. (Probably the best way of using space I’ve personally seen) • living room • washer/dryer • working oven • working decent sized fridge with freezer. • lights, fans & AC

Condo: Has exits to many places including the closest station Dhoby Ghaut, Rochor, Bencoolen, Little India.

12-14mins by MRT (inclusive of walking) away from CBD 10-12 mins by car/cab (if no traffic)

It has 3 types of pools, gym, function room that’s kitchen fitted, outdoor yoga corners, outdoor fitness stations, a restaurant/cafe, and some other things (didn’t have time to venture through it fully).

We’d like to share this dual key unit (fully - other than our individual bedrooms & toilets).

We’ve seen the 1 bedroom (no kitchen etc) going for 1.90-2.5k! in the same building, but on those listings it’s with no access to the main unit common areas. & for reference, whole units (2room + 2 bathrooms) are going at 4.3-4.8k :’)

Pls note amount for rent is not including the following: PUB & Wifi - So we can split costs for this as well.
