The apartment has a big living room, kitchen and a storage room. It comes with 2 bathrooms, one in the master room so common bathroom is shared with one of the flatmates

I will be spending the summer abroad so looking to rent out my room as do not want to give up the flat.

I will be away from 12 July to 30 August so looking for someone who needs a place for a short term

I am commodity trader in my 30s sharing the flat with 2 young working professional guys

One guy is Australian-Singaporean who is working in F&B as a business developer and another guy is a Filipino chap who spent most of his life in France and works as an engineer

We are very social flatmates and usually play volleyball, enjoy a night out or having friends over for games / drinks
