Hi! Looking to rent out a spare common room in my flat. The room will come fully furnished and bed, wardrobe, and study table will be included. Room currently empty but will provide the necessary furnitures bed wardrobe etc. You can even let me know what bed and wardrobe you want and I will buy them. However size and budget have to be reasonable. Can be discussed!

Also quite flexible with kitchen use, so you’re welcome to cook—just please keep things tidy. Also quite liberal on other things which can be discussed. Cleaniness is top priority yea.
