This is our first Industrial-style home and is perfectly located in the heart of River Valley. Known to be one of the most established residential enclaves , filled with cutting-edge facilities and nestled in a perfect combination of peace and bustle – you’ll find living in River Valley a riveting and fruitful experience. Situated in a prime area that is close to the Central Business District (CBD), River Valley is equally close to Orchard Road, where it’s popular for the renowned shopping belt that both locals and tourists enjoy visiting.
Besides, the fact that it is located next to the CBD doesn’t mean that you do not enjoy the peace and serenity from a residential area; it delivers the needed quietness that you can get from any area of residence.
