• Cooking is welcomed and encouraged (maintain cleanliness at all time)
• Visitors are allowed but strictly No Stay Over visitors to respect other tenants but willing to exercise flexibility occasionally in the future, with prior notification provided we are comfortable with each other and
• No late night parties
• Non smoker and no pets (preferably)
