Very accessible location - 8mins walk to Paya Lebar/ Dakota, 12mins walk to Aljunied. Food centric area, nearest Fairprice just a 2min walk away. Visitors welcome, cooking allowed just no smoking. 2 Dryers/ washers etc available. Utilities amount to $40 at most per month. Wifi and Aircon included under rent.
