Minimum rental period:6 months ,1-2 year
Preferred Tenant: Someone who is understanding, respectful, and comfortable living in a family-oriented home with children. The tenant should be considerate of shared spaces and appreciate a peaceful, home environment. This arrangement is best suited for someone who values cleanliness, mutual respect, and a harmonious living atmosphere.
This rental is for the room only, and cooking is not allowed.
Current occupants: no one (a single room -with double bunk bed)

We welcome individuals who value a harmonious living environment and are open to a shared space that feels like home. Just to let you know, this is a Muslim household, so alcoholic drinks are not allowed.
