The most convenient location. Very spacious room. It’s at kembangan mrt station less than 5mins walk. 30 mins train to town, 15 mins drive to town/ east coast / Changi airport. 30mins drive to west

A lot of 24hrs eating place below, 10mins walk to polyclinic 711 & cheers 3mins walk away Cheap food and drinks everywhere

5 mins train to bedok or paya lebar

Utilities Free flow Wifi, Aircon+maintenance, electricity + Washer + dryer only $50 per month

Furnished with bed, own small fridge in the room but welcome to use the bigger fridge outside, table,Aircon & wardrobe

Own room and privacy , sharing kitchen, washroom and living room with me.

I’m mostly working. Must be cat friendly, my cat really is .

Can do heavy cooking but no pork please and use own utensils and must clean. Microwave,Airfryer,coffee machine and oven can use.

I have robot vacuum/mop feel free to use.
