The room I’m renting out is adorable and small, It’s ideal for a professional or a student who needs somewhere affordable and pleasant, the room can be accessed from the main apartment door but it also has it’s own entrance at the back which also leads to a private small toilet out the back that the tenant can chose to use as their private toilet if they please.

I’m an artist and I use the living room as my art studio, I’m quite and the apartment is attractive with a big balcony, very green surroundings, short walk to one of two mrt stations (commonwealth-green line) and (one north-yellow line), Portsdown rd is a cozy neighborhood full of artists and has a unique vibe.

In the last couple of years most tv production companies such as Discovery, infinite studios, Disney and Lucas film moved to one north which brought with it many cafes and new restaurants and gyms.

Another great attraction is the Green Corridor which recently reopened after renovation, it’s literally a minute away from my apartment and it’s a wonderful short trek that leads to Holland Village (another fantastic buzzing place for cafes and restaurants)

And the iconic Colbar is also just around the corner, where people hang out and grab a cheap bite and a beer.

rent is inclusive of water, electricity, wifi AND a weekly cleaning of the common areas (kitchen and toilets)

I’m an artist (painter) and the other tenant is doing masters at NUS. we both are easy going and clean.
