Hello there! The Flat has been fully renovated last year and is a 2 bedder. The toilet in the kitchen for the use of the tenant alone. We are looking for a young, chill and responsible tenant :) and yes, we are also open to couples with additional costs! ($1500)

Room available immediately and comes with wardrobe, AC, bed and mattress. Utilities included.

About the roomies

My husband, me and our little puppy make up our small family. I am a lawyer and my husband is in marketing and sales. We host gatherings and love cooking. We hope to have someone who is a dog-lover as well!
