The owner (single) is out of Singapore for 8 - 9 months annually due to business and personal travels abroad. Any nationality is welcome. The 4-room apartment is newly renovated and tastefully designed. The room has an air-conditioner and a fridge. The shared bathroom has hot water. It is shared by only 2 tenants.

Tenants are allowed to have visitors e.e. girlfriends or kinfolks. The tenants must clean their rooms and assist in cleaning the communal areas. There is a laundry machine, iron and ironing board for communal use. Bed linen, blanket and pillows are provided. Rent includes cleaning chemicals and supplies, electricity, water and internet bills.

There are shuttle buses (103, 860, 806 & 807) every 2 minutes between the block and Yishun MRT or Yishun Bus Terminal (Northpoint Mall). There are 4 food courts, 2 supermarkets Giant and FairPrice), shops and medical clinics within a 1 to 5-minute walking distance.

I (Edwin) am the owner (single male). Due to work and travel, I live here only 3 to 4 months annually. I keep the master bedroom with an attached bathroom for myself. I am renting out 2 bedrooms. One of the rooms has been tenanted to a nice Malaysian young man. I am looking for one more tenant for a room which will be vacated by 8 June. It is currently occupied by a foreign IT engineer. He has stayed with us for some time. His family is joining him in June. Thus, he is moving out.
