Any nationality is welcome. The 4-room apartment is tastefully designed. Tenants are allowed to use the living room and dining area. Cooking is allowed in the kitchen. The bathroom has hot water supply. The tenants must clean their rooms, and assist in cleaning the communal areas. The owner is out of Singapore for 8 - 9 months annually. There is a laundry machine, iron and ironing board for communal use. Bedsheets, blanket and blanket covers, pillows and pillowcases are provided. Rent includes cleaning chemicals and supplies, electricity, water and internet bills.

There are shuttle buses (103, 860, 806 & 807) every 5 minutes between the block and Yishun MRT or Yishun Bus Terminal (Northpoint). There are 4 food courts, 2 supermarkets, shops and medical clinics within a 1 to 5 -minute walking distance.

I am the owner. I work abroad. I am back only 3 to 4 months annually. I live alone. I keep the master bedroom for myself. I am renting out 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has been tenanted by a nice Malaysian male.
