This particular room is on the other side of the penthouse and not side by side with the current housemates. The room is furnished, is sea/city facing and has blackout curtains. The shared bathroom on this side of the apartment is basically your own.
No live-in landlord but they are just a phone call away if you have any issues.
update: Bathrooms have just been renovated in late 2024. Floors have just been polished too!
