Hi everyone! I’m looking for a single male, easygoing non-smoker to occupy a room at Alexis Condominium. It’s the main bedroom in a 2-bedroom unit with me staying in the common room, sharing a bathroom in between.

Rent includes Utilities (fair usage - up to $100/month, excess will be shared), WiFi Broadband Internet, Cable TV/Netflix, Biweekly cleaning by Helper and Aircon Servicing.

Available for viewing anytime anyday in April 2024!
