Located a short 10 minute drive away from the CBD and directly opposite east coast park, the condo is centrally located with plenty of eateries a short distance away. The condo comes with a tennis court, a basketball court, a swimming pool as well as recreational rooms for your enjoyment. The condo is abit dated, but as with all Singapore properties, this translates to a bigger and conveniently sized and furnished master room for you. This room comes ensuite with your own bathroom. Feel free to use the kitchen or living space but do clean up after yourself! Thank you!
