Looking for a small and cheap room?
Hi! I know it’s tough to find a nice place to stay in Singapore. I should know: I rent out my spare rooms and I am usually full!
Here’s what I have available; the maid’s room. It’s small. It’s also cheap. No air conditioning.
I offer all the comforts of a home otherwise. A kitchen you can cook in, fiber optic wifi and utilities included, books to read, movies to watch. Ladies only as all my tenants are ladies. The condo has a swimming pool, gym, BBQ and jacuzzi, and of course, the added security of a condo. Location is great too, near Boon Keng MRT station, so just north of the city proper, yet a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to many part of Singapore, and there’re shops nearby.
