I installed double glazed new windows in all rooms so in spite of being on Jalan Besar it’s very quiet …i also added nice black out curtains in all the rooms AVAILABLE to view NOW! All races welcome but must have an EP. Short term is fine too.
This is in my cool high floor apartment with unbelievable Manhattan city and ocean views; an older style with windows on 4 -5 sides so very bright and airy. not a private condo but just as cool imho. Even better as it’s an older huge big space.
Public Gym and pool is 300m down the road for $3 at Jalan Besar stadium.
Everything is here, all cooking utensils etc, Existing bed is a new queen mattress.
The Jalan besar area and little india is great fun - JALAN BESAR station is 150M away to downtown (BLUE) line which takes you everywhere and to changi airport for $1.84!
I repainted the whole flat a while ago and upgraded living room entertainment to a new 86“ TV and bose sound system in the large living area. In spare (common room as they say) bedroom is a 65” from the lounge area mounted on the wall and comes with xaomi streaming stick…with netflix & other streamers available. You can use my netflix and amazon prime accounts. I have the fastest home fiber internet i could get in Singapore. (singtel 10G) Light cooking allowed, visitors allowed within reason.
