About the place

✔️Common room with your own private balcony in a newly renovated 2BR condo in Thomson area (stay with chill landlord)

✔️ The house is about 1000sq ft, kind of dumbbell layout so our rooms are pretty far apart with good privacy

✔️ 5 min walking distance to Bright Hill MRT using the new Thomson Line. Get to Orchard station in 13 minutes by train. 2 mins bus ride to Thomson Plaza (lots of food options along that street such as Casuarina Prata)

✔️ Luxurious toilet just right beside your room. We won’t be using it since we have our own master toilet.

✔️ High end secured condo with good facilities: Multiple swimming pools, gym, spa jacuzzi, golf stimulation room. Comes with private lift.

✔️ House is connected right beside Bishan park. I usually cycle there or go to nearby Upper pierce or MacRitchie Reservoir. You can borrow my bicycle.

✔️ Fully furnished room. Includes 1 super single storage bed, 1 study table, 1 study chair, 1 standing lamp, 1 shelving, wardrobe, balcony table and chair. We can throw in a TV projector as well if needed as per picture.

✔️ Fully equipped house: Steam iron, cleaning materials, robot vaccum + mop, instant cold&hot water dispenser, coffee machine, blender, 2 in 1 washer dryer, oven etc. Whatever you need I guess.

✔️ $1,700 all in (Literally all in; electric, internet, water). No need for servicing of aircon, no move-out cleaning fees, no curtain cleaning, no replacement of light bulb. It’s all covered under me, unless you damage or break something. We rented before so I know the pain :)

About us

⚫️ Newly weds in early 30s. We are not home from 8am- 6pm usually so you can enjoy the living room space when we are away. You may work at living room table which is quite cafe style.

⚫️ We are easy going, considerate, chill. We care about the house asthetics and has a high expectation for cleanliness and hygiene. Very rarely, perhaps once a month we might have friends coming over to chill drinks on Friday/Sat. Of course, welcome you to join us if you are up for it! :) Otherwise the room is on the far end so any noise should be manageable. That said this is a homely place. We enjoy and respect personal space, generally hide in our room from 10.30pm on weekdays.

Our ask

⚫️ Tidy, respectful and friendly female tenant. Considerate handling and usage of home items, including AC usage. Keeps personal toiletries and laundry out of sight/neat. Respects personal space. Leaves the curtain and door open whenever leaving home to keep the place bright and airy 🏡

⚫️ No smoking 🙏🏻🙏🏻

⚫️ Light cooking is ok but preferably no food preparation and cooking after 9pm as the kitchen is open concept. Cleans up immediately after using if we need to use

⚫️ only for 1 pax stay only. No visitors to house but they can use facilities; willing to exercise flexibility occasionally once we know you better👌🏻
