Looking to team up with others to rent a unit at Jalan Membina in Tiong Bahru! I’ll be taking a common room, and one other common room and one master room are currently available. This posting is for the common room.

About the location: ✔ 3-5mins fully-sheltered walk to Tiong Bahru MRT ✔ Lots of coffeeshops just a stone’s throw away ✔ 24-hour Giant at doorstep ✔ Hipster cafes and great food haunts (Tiong Bahru Market, Bukit Merah View Market) in the neighbourhood ✔ Plenty of nearby public transport options to Vivocity, Orchard, CBD, Sentosa - all about 15 minutes away

About the room/house: 💰 Bills (wifi, water, electricity) split among all tenants 🚪 Common room with a single bed, wardrobe, A/C 🚽 Shared bathroom with 1 other tenant 🧹 Weekly cleaning of common areas on a rotation basis 💵 No landlord staying; no agent fees 📄 Cooking allowed, visitors allowed, no weird rules! 🔧 Quarterly air-con servicing 🐶 One of the tenants has a Corgi so you need to be comfortable living with dogs. Even better if you love them!

💰 S$900 / month excluding bills ⏰ Lease is for a year beginning December until end November 2024 with option to renew
