Looking for someone to takeover my lease for 3 months from 25 May 2022- 24 August 2022. Able to extend if you like :)
Requirement: 1 pax single female
It is a master bedroom in Central Green Condo which is just a 1-min walk to Tiong Bahru MRT and Tiong Bahru Plaza. Wifi and weekly housekeeping provided every friday. Everything you see in this picture is included. It comes with a king size bed, desk and chair, huge built-in wardrobe, full fresh new bedding set. The room has a huge bright window too.
Master Room Monthly rental is S$1,950 all excluding utility and service bills. Including utility bills and service will be $2100
Cooking and visitors are allowed. No Landlord staying. No couples.
About the roomies
You will be living with 2 korean ladies and 1 hongkong guy all in their late 20s - early 30s :)
